21世纪随着科学技术的不断发展,尤其是通信行业的发展,给人们生活提供便利的同时,电磁环境也变得越来越复杂。而且电磁污染跟水污染还有空气污染一样,正在引起人们的关注。如何合理的利用电磁资源,净化电磁环境,是人类在未来可持续发展的社会必须面对跟研究的问题。
In the 21st century, with the continuous development of science and technology, especially the development of the communications industry, people are provided with convenience and electromagnetic environment is becoming more and more complicated. And electromagnetic pollution, like air pollution and air pollution, is causing people’s attention.
