采用马缨杜鹃纯林下土壤、腐殖质、枯落物这3种不同土层的浸提液浇灌马缨杜鹃3年生幼苗,以清水处理为对照,测定马缨杜鹃叶片酶活性、游离脯氨酸含量、丙二醛含量、可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白质含量、叶绿素含量等指标,研究马缨杜鹃幼苗对不同浸提液的生理响应。结果表明,与清水浇灌相比,土壤浸提液浇灌处理的幼苗叶片SOD、CAT、POD活性有明显升高;3种浸提液处理的植株,其叶绿素含量、可溶性糖含量、脯氨酸含量多低于清水处理,MDA含量多高于清水处理;枯落物层、土壤层浸提液浇灌的植株,其叶片可溶性蛋白质含量呈先升高后降低再升高趋势。
