一、营造快乐型班集体,传播正能量幸福感可以在团队个体当中像传染病一样传播,团队个体会感染班级的情绪,特别是班主任的情绪。所以班主任首先要能像催化剂一样使整个班级变得快乐起来,充满正能量,传播正能量。1.营造积极心态。教师的心态始终影响着教育的效果,所以教师更应该营造一种积极的心态,改变被动、负向的思维方式,养成正面、积极的思维方式,同时养成积极的心理调适。只有拥有积极的心态,才能克服困难,才能看到希望,才能保持旺盛斗志,把班级正能量挖掘出来。
