本文对青年人(20~30岁)健康组、吸烟组和缓解期哮喘组共107例作了常规肺通气功能,最大呼气中段流速(MMF)、最大呼气流速容量曲线(MEFV)、闭合气量(CV)的测定,并对检溯小气道功能异常的各项指标的敏感性作了比较。结果吸烟组以呼气峰流速率(PEFR)最为敏感,其次为MMF、MEFV;缓解期哮喘组以MMF最敏感,其次为MEFV、氮浓度差百分比(D_(N2)%)和闭合总量/肺总量百分比(CC/TLC%);而闭合气量/肺活量百分比(CV/VC%)不敏感。认为小气道功能检测MEFV优于CV,D_(N2)%和MMF也可作为敏感性指标。
In this study, 107 young adults (20-30 years old), smoking group and remission asthma group were given routine pulmonary ventilation, maximal expiratory flow (MMF), maximal expiratory flow volume curve (MEFV) Gas volume (CV) determination, and to trace the sensitivity of small airway dysfunction indicators were compared. Results The smoking group was most sensitive to the peak expiratory flow rate (PEFR), followed by MMF and MEFV. The remission group was the most sensitive to MMF, followed by MEFV, the difference of nitrogen concentration (D_ (N2)%) % Of total lung volume (CC / TLC%); and closed volume /% of vital capacity (CV / VC%) were not sensitive. Small airway function test that MEFV better than CV, D_ (N2)% and MMF can also be used as a sensitivity index.
