一个能实时工作的2400 b/s数字化声码器已研制成功。该声码器具有较好的语言质量,适用于低数码率的语言通信。 我们在语言声学和汉语信息理论研究的基础上,借助通用计算机非实时地模拟了2400 b/s的数字通道声码器,并用TTL高速中小规模集成电路实现了该声码器硬件。试验表明,合成语言的可懂度、自然度较好,而且硬件体积较小,适合于通信工程应用。
A 2400 b / s digital vocoder that works in real time has been developed. The vocoder has better language quality and is suitable for low bit rate language communication. Based on the research of speech acoustics and Chinese information theory, we simulate a 2400 b / s digital channel vocoder in real-time with a general-purpose computer and implement the vocoder hardware with TTL high-speed small and medium scale integrated circuits. Experiments show that the intelligibility of synthetic language, natural degree better, and smaller hardware size, suitable for communication engineering applications.
