随着社会发展,我国教育也正从“应试教育”向“素质教育”转变,由于初中教师缺乏自我发展意识和能力,未能充分利用当今社会教育体制平台。因此,开展教师自我专业化发展意识机能力建设,获取专业结构自我更新,是适应素质教育发展要求的当务之急。作为一名贫困山区的初中语文教师,深知教师专业化发展的迫切性和重要性,笔者结合自身教学实践,简述在语文教学过程中如何提升教师的专业发展。
With the development of our society, our country’s education is also changing from “exam-oriented education ” to “quality education ”. Due to the lack of self-development awareness and ability, junior middle school teachers fail to make full use of today’s social education system platform. Therefore, carrying out teachers’ self-specialization to develop their awareness-building capabilities and acquiring professional structure for self-renewal is the top priority for adapting to the development of quality-oriented education. As a junior high school language teacher in a poor mountainous area, knowing the urgency and importance of teacher professional development, the author briefly describes how to improve the professional development of teachers in the teaching of Chinese.
