In the cellular immune system, natural killer (NK) cells are most susceptible to short-term and long-term physical activity. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of exercise training on natural killer cell cytotoxicity (NKCA) in treated breast cancer patients. The subjects were 16 women with breast cancer and were 35 to 72 years old. They were diagnosed with breast cancer four years ago. They received surgery, chemotherapy, or radiotherapy for an average of 3.0±1.2 years. At present, there is no patient receiving chemotherapy or radiotherapy. Before the trial, the patient completed the following tests: (1) exercise-limited symptom-limited exercise test, (2) 6-minute walk test, (3) test the lower extremity extensor muscle strength with a Kin-Com isokinetic force device, and (4) determine the vein
