目前,电火花加工的塑料模、胶木模等型腔模以及冷冲模具的表面硬化层通常由人工使用油石、砂纸等磨具进行抛光、研磨,劳动量大,抛光周期长。对具有深槽、窄缝的型腔,更难达到表面精度的要求。于是我们进行了超声波抛光的研究,目的就在于利用超声技术作为处理电火花加工表面的一种手段,提高去除硬化层的速度,使工件达到镜面光洁度,减轻劳动强度,缩短模具制造周期。抛光的主要对象是目前轻工行业中量大面广的小型异形的塑料模和胶木模。
At present, EDM plastic mold, bakelite mold cavity mold and die surface hardening layer is usually manually used stone, sandpaper and other abrasive polishing, grinding, labor-intensive, long polishing cycle. For deep groove, narrow slot cavity, more difficult to achieve the requirements of surface accuracy. So we conducted a study of ultrasonic polishing, the purpose is to use ultrasonic technology as a means of processing the EDM surface to improve the removal of the hardened layer speed to make the workpiece mirror finish, reduce labor intensity and shorten the mold manufacturing cycle. The main object of polishing is light in the light of the current large-scale small shaped plastic mold and bakelite mold.
