Rural doctors are the network of China’s three-tiered medical preventive health care network. It is the main force in rural health work. Maintaining the vital interests of rural doctors, maintaining the stability of rural doctors, and improving the quality of rural medical personnel are the guarantee for good rural health work. In recent years, we have tried to solve the problem of old-age security for rural medical practitioners through the implementation of the rural pension insurance system so as to solve the worries of rural medical practitioners. However, practice has proved that although leaders at all levels have devoted a lot of effort to this, the staff has done a lot of work for this purpose, but the overwhelming majority of the township doctors do not buy it, and even have a great influence on them.
