《语文课程标准》强调:教师是学生的合作者,教学过程是师生交往共同发展的活动过程。苏霍姆林斯基认为教育的目标在于培养全面和谐发展的人,社会进步的积极参与者,强调应该以和谐的教育促进学生的和谐发展。可见,和谐的教育过程应是师生平等相处、互相信任、互相尊重、民主合作的过程,教学是一个学习共同体,教学过程处于一种和谐状态,才能从根本上提高教学效果,实现教学的最终目标。
“Chinese Curriculum Standard” emphasizes: Teachers are students’ collaborators, teaching process is the process of common development between teachers and students. Suhomlinski believes that the goal of education is to cultivate people who are fully and harmoniously developed and active participants in social progress and emphasize that harmonious development of students should be promoted with harmonious education. It can be seen that the harmonious education process should be the process of equal treatment of teachers and students, mutual trust, mutual respect and democratic cooperation. Teaching is a learning community and the teaching process is in a harmonious state so as to fundamentally improve the teaching effect and ultimately achieve teaching aims.
