青年教师的困惑说明了什么? 本刊教育思想讨论专栏今年初登载了一位刚参加工作的青年教师来信。这位青年教师在来信中述说的困惑,主要源于应试教育在当地的突出表现: 1.小学毕业考试在那儿不是由乡镇或学校(在城市)命题,而是由县教研室出题组织会考。从信中我们看不出有改变这种情况的任何迹象。这和45号文件的要求是不一致的。2.当地按会考分数排名次的风气很盛,那怕均分相差0.4也要分出高低。拼考分、争名次成为热点,毕业班教学围绕这个轴心运转。3.毕业班教师,不论足教数学还是教语文,都千方百计找巧课、难题,大量刻印,发给学生反复训练,大运动量“练兵”。这种违背教育规律的现象没有得到制止,已成风气,还有越演越烈的趋势。
What do the young teacher’s puzzles explain? A column on the educational thoughts in this magazine has posted a letter from a young teacher who has just attended the job. This phenomenon that violates the laws of education has not been stopped, it has become a trend, and there is a tendency to become increasingly fierce.
