冲床是通用机床之一,种类繁多。在仪表电子工业中机壳、面板、底板的加工中,冲床的工作量很大。过去用人工送料,劳动强度大,效率低、不安全,有时需要制作多种复合模具。因此,如何实现冲床的安全、快速、高质量生产,是一个急需解决的问题。 76年上半年我与上海无线电十五厂技革组的同志们一起设计试制成功了一台SCM-1型深距离数字程序控制冲床。经过生产运行,效果良好,性能基本达到设计要求,大大提高了工效,保障了安全、减轻了劳动强度,提高了
Punch is a versatile machine, a wide variety. In the instrumentation electronics industry, chassis, panel, floor processing, punch a heavy workload. Past the manual feeding, labor-intensive, low efficiency, unsafe, and sometimes need to produce a variety of composite mold. Therefore, how to realize the safety, fast and high-quality production of the punch press is an urgent problem to be solved. In the first half of 1976, I worked with comrades from the Technical Revolution Group of Shanghai Radio Fifteen Factory to design and manufacture a successful SCM-1 deep-distance digital program controlled punch press. After the production run, the effect is good, the performance basically meets the design requirements, greatly improves the work efficiency, guarantees the safety, reduces the labor intensity, and improves
