前言超声波振动切削是一种切削加工的新工艺。国内外的研究和实践表明:Z向超声波振动切削具有减小切削力、变形系数、摩擦系数和刀具磨损;消除或减少切削振动、积屑瘤、毛刺和烧伤;改善已加工表面光洁度、精度、残余应力和加工硬化等效果。而这些效果是在刀具的切削刃产生一定振幅和频率的超声波振动时才明显存在。具体说来就是Z向(主运动方向)振动切削的速度系数K必须小于1。K值越小上述效果越明显。
Introduction Ultrasonic vibration cutting is a new process of cutting. These effects are evident only when the cutting edge of the tool produces ultrasonic vibration of a certain amplitude and frequency. Specifically, the velocity coefficient K of the Z-direction (main movement direction) vibration cutting must be less than one. The smaller the K value, the more obvious the above effect.
