苯在中国仍是工业上应用广泛的化学物,近几年来,应用纯苯作溶剂的虽不断减少,但各种含苯的溶剂还在大量应用。尤其值得指出的是乡镇企业如皮鞋制作小厂仍以纯苯作溶剂,缺乏任何防护设备,发生了多起严重中毒乃至死亡事故。苯的中毒、致癌机理及其作为致癌物的卫生标准问题在国际上同样是受到重视的研究课题之一。本文仅就苯的遗传毒性和致癌性研究在近几年取得的进展作一简要的综述。一、关于遗传毒性的实验研究Tice等(1980)将雄性和雌性DBA/2小鼠进行苯吸入染毒(3000 ppm),染毒4小时
Benzene is still a widely used chemical in China. In recent years, the use of pure benzene as a solvent has been declining, but various solvents containing benzene are still being used in large quantities. In particular, it is worth noting that township and village enterprises, such as small shoe factories, still use pure benzene as a solvent and lack any protective equipment, causing many serious poisoning and even fatal accidents. Benzene poisoning, carcinogenic mechanism and its as a carcinogen health standards in the world is also subject to one of the research topics.
