近年来,信息技术在大型工程项目实施过程中的应用,使得建筑业作为传统的技术含量低的行业形象正在逐步改变。我国《国民经济与社会发展第十个五年计划纲要》特别提出,要以信息化带动工业化,要求“通过促进信息产品与传统产品的融合以及信息技术在新产品中的广泛应用,增加产品的信息技术附加值。加速企业生产、经营管理的信息化进程。”概括地说,就是要以信息技术为杠杆,撬动传统行业的技术改造,实施管理模式的创新变革。建筑行业利用信息技术提高工程项目管理的效率和有效性也已成为建筑管理科学研究和实践前沿课题。本文就工程项目信息化管理系统进行探讨。
