为了防止大体积混凝土早龄期表面裂缝的产生,根据混凝土浇筑块早龄期的有限元温度场计算与分析,选取距表面0.50m范围内的混凝土为研究对象,推导出表面防裂安全系数与龄期及表面温度梯度的关系模型,以实时定量监测混凝土早龄期表面的应力安全状态.在中国某大型泵站工程大体积混凝土的施工过程中进行了原型测试,根据实时测量的早龄期混凝土仓面和侧面的温度梯度,采用所推导模型计算表面安全系数,并实时监测裂缝的产生.结果表明,所推导模型较好地反映了表面安全系数与早龄期混凝土表面防裂状态的关系.
