与亚临界锅炉不同,某电厂超临界锅炉的水冷壁、包墙的密封鳍片采用耐热钢(15CrMo)扎制的扁钢。在锅炉初始安装检查时,发现了大量的横向和纵向裂纹(见表1),这些裂纹在锅炉运行时将会引起水冷壁爆漏(据上海石洞口电厂统计,900MW 超临界锅炉5年所发生的50次爆管,有22次是由鳍片焊接造成的),给运行埋下大量的安全隐患。
