目的建立直接进样离子色谱法测定游泳池水中无机消毒副产物的方法。方法采用万通MIC离子色谱仪,进行简单样品前处理,检测游泳池水中无机消毒副产物含量。结果游泳池水中无机消毒副产物(DBP)的方法检出限为1.4~1.8μg/L,方法线性范围在0~200.0μg/L,精密度RSD小于4.1%,样品加标回收率为97.2%~100.6%。结论该方法灵敏度、准确度高,操作简便,具有较低的检出限,干扰少,可以满足游泳池水中无机消毒副产物(DBP)检测要求。
Objective To establish a direct injection ion chromatography method for determination of inorganic disinfection byproducts in swimming pool water. Methods Wantong MIC ion chromatograph, a simple sample preparation, detection of swimming pool water disinfection by-product content. Results The detection limit of in-vitro disinfection by-products (DBP) in swimming pool was 1.4-1.8 μg / L, the linear range was 0-200.0 μg / L, the RSD of precision was less than 4.1% and the spiked recoveries were 97.2% 100.6%. Conclusion The method has the advantages of high sensitivity, high accuracy, simple operation, low detection limit and less interference. It can meet the requirements of inorganic disinfection by-products (DBP) in swimming pool water.
