在国外,伴随着同性恋解放运动的开展,“同性恋”已经成为了现代社会的一种比较普遍的现象。当今不少国家和地方政府已经用法律明确了同性恋者的权利和地位,使同性婚姻合法化。近年来,随着同性恋权利运动和人权运动的发展,人们在理性上对于同性恋者的态度愈来愈宽容,中国的法律也应该挺身而出,明确同性婚姻的合法地位。 Abroad, along with the launching of the homosexuality liberation movement, homosexuality has become a common phenomenon in modern society. Today, many national and local governments have already made use of laws to clarify the rights and status of homosexuals and to legalize same-sex marriage. In recent years, with the development of homosexual rights movement and human rights movement, people are becoming more and more tolerant toward the homosexuals rationally. Chinese laws should also come forward to clarify the legal status of same-sex marriage.
