髓细胞白血病 1 (myeloidcelllekemia 1 ,MCL 1 )基因是高度可调节的分化早期活化基因 ,属于抗凋亡基因家族成员 ,其编码产物Mcl 1蛋白与正常和异常造血细胞的生存及分化有密切关系。细胞外调节蛋白激酶通路、Janus激酶 信号转导与转录活化因子 (JAK STAT)通路、磷酸肌醇 3 激酶 (PI3 K) 丝氨酸 苏氨酸激酶Akt通路等多个信号转导途径参与了正常和异常造血细胞内MCL 1表达的调控
