在桥梁建设施工中,预应力混凝土张拉施工采用预应力张拉数字变频自动控制方法可有效提高张拉施工质量。预应张拉力可精确施加,力值控制精度±1%;预应力筋伸长量能准确测量及时复核,伸长量校核控制在±6%范围内;预应力同步张拉有效控制,同步张拉力值小于±2%;预应力张拉持荷时间有效控制在5min;严格执行国家实施新版《公路桥涵施工技术规范》(JTG/T F50-2011)内的张拉工艺流程,有效监管桥梁建设施工质量。
