长企业的财务管理目标主要是为了让企业能够将自身的价值最大化,而企业的社会责任却要求企业能够舍弃自身的一定利益来为社会做出贡献,这就在一定程度上产生了矛盾,对于企业来说,实现自身的财务管理目标和履行社会责任都是十分重要的,然而两者之间存在着不可调和的矛盾,这就要求企业能够很好地把握两者之间的关系,让企业能够实现利益与责任的双赢。这就是让企业的价值最大化的方式,对此,文中做出了简单的分析。
