以往研究表明大剂量γ线照射导致早期血小板聚集反应增高。本文报道8Gyγ线全身照射后大鼠血管壁抑制血小板聚集的PGI_2样活性的改变。结果表明,照后1天的活性降低,3天时恢复,5-7天降低。大鼠照射后早期血小板聚集率的增高与血管壁PGI_2样活性的抑制呈相关性改变。
Previous studies have shown that high-dose γ-ray irradiation led to increased early platelet aggregation. This article reports the change of PGI_2-like activity of platelet aggregation in rat vessel wall after 8Gyγ-ray irradiation. The results showed that 1 day after irradiation activity decreased, restored at 3 days, 5-7 days decreased. The increase of early platelet aggregation rate in rats after irradiation was correlated with the inhibition of PGI_2-like activity in the vascular wall.
