目的　探讨男性生殖器完全离断伤的治疗方法及成败原因。方法　收治男性生殖器完全离断伤患者两例并行手术治疗。结果　两例患者一例再植成功 ,一例失败。结论　对于男性生殖器完全离断伤的患者再植成功的影响因素很多 ,其中离断组织污染程度及缺血时间尤为重要 ,治疗过程中手术方法及术前术后处理对成功与否亦有决定性 Objective To explore the treatment of male genital completely broken away from injury and its causes. Methods Two cases of male genitalia patients who had been severed from injury were treated with concurrent surgery. Results Two patients were successfully replanted in one case, and one case failed. Conclusion There are many factors that affect the successful replantation of male genitalia patients. Among them, the extent of disconnection and the timing of ischemia are particularly important. The surgical methods and the preoperative and postoperative management are also decisive for the success or failure of the treatment
