结果 试验组产妇产后2h、12h、24h出血量均明显低于参照组产妇,且住院时长短于参照组产妇,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组产妇并发症出现率为4.00%,参照组产妇的“,”Objective To study the value of humanized nursing in patients with postpartum hemorrhage. Methods Fifty patients with postpartum hemorrhage treated from September 2020 to December 2021 were randomly divided into experimental group and reference group, with 25 cases in each group. The women in the reference group were given general nursing, and the women in the experimental group were given humanized nursing. The two groups were compared blooding volume at different time points, the length of hospitalization, the incidence of complications, the total satisfaction rate of nursing, and the scores of self rating anxiety and depression scale before and after nursing. Results The amount of postpartum hemorrhage at 2 h, 12 h and 24 h in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the reference group, and the length of hospitalization was shorter than that in the reference group, The incidence of complications in the experimental group was 4.00%, and that in the reference group was 20.00%. The incidence of complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the reference group (P <0.05). The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the experimental group was 92.00%, and that in the reference group was 72.00%, which was significantly higher than that in the reference group (P <0.05). Before nursing, there was no significant difference in the scores of self rating anxiety and depression scale between the experimental group and the reference group (P >0.05), after nursing, the scores of self rating anxiety and depression scale of pregnant women in the experimental group and the reference group decreased, and the scores of self rating anxiety and depression scale of pregnant women in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group, the difference was statistically significant Conclusion Humanized nursing has application value in patients with postpartum hemorrhage. On the one hand, it can reduce the amount of bleeding, shorten the length of hospitalization and reduce the incidence of complications. On the other hand, it can improve the relationship between nurses and patients, reduce maternal anxiety, depression and other adverse emotions, and is conducive to rapid recovery after delivery.
