To explore the feasibility of using Ethoxyethanol (EAA) as a biomarker to assess the total exposure level of 2 - Ethoxyethanol (EE) workers, 3M individual badge samplers Sensitive platemaking workers for air monitoring. The content of EE vapor in the respiratory zone of workers and the concentration of urinary metabolic product EAA were determined by gas chromatography. The results showed that the time-weighted average concentration of CTWA in workers exposed to EE was significantly correlated with the concentration of EAA in post-training classes. Urinary EAA concentrations were significantly higher in workers exposed to EE via the two routes of skin and respiratory tract than in those exposed to respiratory tract alone
