目的调查浦江县农村地区妇女人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染及分型情况。方法采用基因芯片技术对2 107份妇女宫颈脱落细胞标本进行23种HPV基因型检测。结果 2 107名妇女中,HPV阳性率20.65%;其中26~50岁占80.92%。在435份HPV阳性标本中,检出HPV基因型620人次,其中单一型感染296人,多重感染139人(基因型324人次)。高危型HPV感染率16.75%,居前5位的依次为HPV16、HPV52、HPV58、HPV18和HPV33。结论浦江县农村地区妇女HPV感染率较高,以单一型感染为主,多重感染较多。
Objective To investigate the prevalence and classification of human papillomavirus (HPV) in rural areas of Pujiang County. Methods 23 types of HPV genotypes were detected in 2 107 cervical exfoliated cells using gene chip technique. Results Of the 2 107 women, the positive rate of HPV was 20.65%, of which, 26.9% (26/50) accounted for 80.92%. In 435 HPV-positive samples, 620 HPV genotypes were detected, of which 296 were single-type infections and 139 were multiple-infections (324 genotypes). High-risk HPV infection rate of 16.75%, followed by the top five were HPV16, HPV52, HPV58, HPV18 and HPV33. Conclusion The prevalence of HPV infection in rural areas of Pujiang County is high, with single type infection and multiple infection.
