用原位杂交方法研究了人早期胎盘中膜型金属蛋白酶(MT-MMP-1)和金属蛋白酶抑制因子-1的分布.结果表明:(1)在绒毛滋养层细胞和与其邻近的蜕膜细胞中MT-MMP-1和TIMP-1的表达量相对较高;(2)在基底盘,Rohrs和Nitabuch纹间的外绒毛膜滋养层细胞,滋养层和蜕膜的腺体细胞表达最高;(3)胎膜分离层和绒毛干的少量细胞滋养层细胞以及蜕膜和绒毛干的血管壁上有明显的MT-MMP-1和TIMP-1的表达.结果提示,胎盘不同细胞MT-MMP与其抑制因子TIMP-1的协同表达在早期胎盘滋养层浸入和血管发生中发挥重要作用;同时,两者可能对在临产时在母体与胎儿的分离机制中也起某种作用.
The distribution of membrane-type metalloproteinases (MT-MMP-1) and metalloproteinase-1 (TIMP-1) in early human placenta was studied by in situ hybridization. The results showed as follows: (1) The expression of MT-MMP-1 and TIMP-1 in chorionic trophoblasts and adjacent decidual cells was relatively high; (2) The outer villi in basal disk, Rohrs and Nitabuch Membrane trophoblast cells, trophoblast cells and decidual glandular cells were the highest expression; (3) The separation of fetal membranes and hair follicles a small amount of trophoblast cells and decidual and villous dry vessel wall obvious MT-MMP- 1 and TIMP-1 expression. The results suggest that the synergistic expression of MT-MMP and its inhibitor TIMP-1 in different placenta cells plays an important role in early placental trophoblast invasion and angiogenesis; both may also play an important role in the maternal and fetal separation mechanism during labor Play a role.
