A 38-year-old man was diagnosed with Cushing’s syndrome. Biochemical tests show hypokalemia and hypercortisolemia and can not be suppressed by high-dose dexamethasone, suggesting an ectopic or adrenogenic Cushing’s syndrome. Blood adrenocorticotropic hormone level 100 IU L. Pituitary magnetic resonance imaging, chest radiography, computed tomography and bronchoscopy
