企业效能监察是纪检监察部门对各级管理者及其团队组织进行的勤政和能政的考察,旨在提升企业管理效率、增加企业效益。基于笔者的工作实践,本文系统性地提出了深入开展效能监察促进源头防腐治腐的具体对策,即:深化宣传教育,明确效能监察目标;制定保障机制,维护效能监察地位;抓好重点管理,规范效能监察工作;注重监察重点,开展效能监察立项;增强队伍建设,提升效能监察质量。本文研究成果对促进企业深入开展效能监察,从源头杜绝腐败现象的发生具有一定的贡献性意义。
Corporate performance monitoring is discipline inspection and supervision departments at all levels of managers and their team organization diligent and capable of political inspection, aimed at improving the efficiency of enterprise management, increase business efficiency. Based on the author’s work practice, this article systematically put forward specific measures to further carry out performance monitoring to promote the prevention and control of corruption at the source, that is, deepening publicity and education, clarifying the objectives of performance monitoring, formulating guarantee mechanisms and maintaining the status of effectiveness monitoring, and focusing on key management, To standardize the effectiveness of monitoring work; focus on monitoring focus, carry out performance monitoring project; enhance team building and enhance the effectiveness of monitoring the quality. The research results of this paper have a certain contribution to promote enterprises to conduct in-depth performance monitoring, from the source to prevent the occurrence of corruption phenomenon.
