本文建立了灵敏的、相对简单的检测血浆中东莨菪碱和阿托品的放射受体分析方法。此法以抗胆碱能药物与[3~H]甲基东莨菪碱竞争结合 M 受体为基础,能可靠地检测0.5ng/ml 东莨菪碱和2ng/ml 阿托品。本法已用于兔肌注东莨菪碱和阿托品(0.03mg/kg)后药代动力学的研究,并可扩大应用于其他抗胆碱能药物的检测。
This article established a sensitive, relatively simple method for the detection of plasma scopolamine and atropine receptor analysis method. This method based on anticholinergic drugs competes with [3 H] methyl scopolamine for binding to M receptors and reliably detects 0.5 ng / ml scopolamine and 2 ng / ml atropine. This method has been used to study the pharmacokinetics of scopolamine and atropine (0.03 mg / kg) in rabbit intramuscularly, and can be expanded for the detection of other anticholinergic drugs.
