对Cr12MoV失效模具进行组织、性能分析,并对其重新进行热处理,研究预备热处理工艺对模具组织、性能的影响。结果表明:采用调质处理代替球化退火作为Cr12MoV钢的预备热处理,更有利于碳化物形态的改变,对提高模具强韧性有比较明显的效果;调质处理后,材料的冲击韧度、抗弯强度分别达到8.556 J.cm-2和2183.5 MPa,相对于球化退火试样,分别提高了13.7%和66.2%。
The microstructure and properties of Cr12MoV failure mold were analyzed, and the Cr12MoV failure mold was re-heat treated to study the influence of pre-treatment heat treatment on the microstructure and properties of the mold. The results show that the quenching and tempering process instead of spheroidizing annealing as the pretreatment heat treatment of Cr12MoV steel is more conducive to the change of carbide morphology and has obvious effect on improving the toughness of the mold. After quenched and tempered, the impact toughness, The flexural strength reached 8.556 J.cm-2 and 2183.5 MPa respectively, which were increased by 13.7% and 66.2% respectively compared with spheroidized annealed samples.
