我国能源以煤为主,电力也是以燃煤的火力发电厂为主。燃煤所排放烟气中常会含有二氧化硫(SO_2,以下简称SO_2)等有害气体,会污染环境。我国西南、中南、江南燃用高硫煤的地区,酸雨为害已十分严重。常此以往,后果将不堪设想,难以收拾。我国目前对SO_2排放还只有烟筒高度的防制,这只对邻近地区有效果,对整个地域并无效果。因此限制SO_2排放量已迫在眉睫。本文所讨论的是实施排放限制后,什么样的煤要脱硫,应采用什么方式脱硫等问题。只是初步着探讨,谨供同行参考,批评指正。

China’s southwest, south-central, southern high-sulfur coal burning areas, acid rain damage has been very serious. In the past, the consequences would be disastrous and hard to clean up. At present, only the height of chimney control on SO 2 emissions in our country is effective. This only has effect on the neighboring areas and has no effect on the entire area. Therefore, it is imminent to limit SO2 emissions. This article discusses the implementation of emission limits, what kind of coal to be desulfurization, desulfurization and other issues should be adopted. Only a preliminary discussion, for peer reference, criticism and correction.
