采用传统固相工艺合成ZrW_2O_8-ZrSiO_4(体积比为1∶1)陶瓷复合材料,通过扫描电镜、和热机械分析仪分别对制备样品的断面形貌、物相组成和热膨胀性能进行表征.研究结果表明,复合材料的最佳烧结温度和时间为1 200℃和8 h,烧结过程中各组分之间没有发生化学反应,复合材料中仅含有原始组分ZrW_2O_8和ZrSiO_42种物相,其在25~300℃的平均热膨胀系数为-0.77%10~(-6)K~(-1).
The ZrW 2 O 8 -ZrSiO 4 (1: 1 volume ratio) ceramic composites were synthesized by the conventional solid state process, and the morphology, phase composition and thermal expansion properties of the prepared samples were characterized by scanning electron microscopy and thermal mechanical analyzer respectively. The results show that the optimum sintering temperature and time of the composites are 1 200 ℃ and 8 h. No chemical reaction occurs between the components during the sintering process. The composites contain only ZrW_2O_8 and ZrSiO_42 phases, The average coefficient of thermal expansion from ~ 300 ℃ is -0.77% 10 ~ (-6) K ~ (-1).
