运用CFD数值计算和平面叶栅的吹风试验对蒸汽涡轮导向叶片的端墙效应进行了研究,并在一试验蒸汽涡轮上得到了验证。由于本文研究给出了较高的效率,进一步实施了大量的三维数值模拟,该结果显示使用这一叶型对涡轮有一定的改善,尤其在涡轮叶片尖部有端墙时。在试验蒸汽涡轮上测量了尖部、根部均有端墙和仅尖部有端墙的不同效应,结果表明尖部有端墙时效率有所提高,然而当叶片有直端墙时,效率反而会下降。
The endwall effect of steam turbine guide vanes was studied by numerical calculation of CFD and the blowing test of flat cascades. The results were verified on a pilot steam turbine. Due to the high efficiency given in this study, a large number of three-dimensional numerical simulations have been carried out. The results show that this type of turbine has some improvement on the turbine, especially when there is an end wall at the tip of the turbine blade. On the experimental steam turbine, different effects were observed on the tip, the root and the tip at the tip.
