以1978-2015年统计数据为基础,使用脉冲响应函数与方差分解分析的方法,对技术进步、产业结构与能源强度之间的互动关系进行分析,由脉冲响应函数分析结果表明:技术进步对能源强度的冲击效应较大,具有持续性.由方差分解分析.结果显示:技术进步对能源强度的贡献度较大.最后,提出相应的政策建议.
