患者,男,20岁。出生后鼻梁正中即有一小孔,内生数根毛发,鼻根部有一绿豆大小肿物,挤压时有糊状物从小孔处流出,1985年9月曾因肿物红肿、疼痛,以“鼻疖”收住我院,经抗炎、切开排脓等治疗而好转出院。后因局部肉芽生长在门诊作冷冻治疗,但疗效不佳,脓性分泌物不干。1986年10月再次住院。检查发现:鼻梁正中有
