通过对现有真空浸漆工艺的研究,发现浸漆的过程中有一部分可以按程式化进行。其操作工艺相对固定,这一部分浸漆过程可以实现程序的自动运行。为了实现这一目的,更加方便而有效率的完成生产任务,通过运用组态王程序和PLC相互配合设计人机交互界面,更加直观的显示了设备的工作状态,实现了操做过程的可视化。本文简要的阐述了浸漆的工艺过程,并通过程序实例的介绍实现整个操作程序的自动化的过程。经实际生产验证,程序运行稳定可靠,同时,大大提高了生产效率。
Through the study of the existing vacuum impregnation process, we found that part of the impregnation process can be programmed. The operation process is relatively fixed, this part of the dipping process can achieve the automatic operation of the program. In order to achieve this goal, it is more convenient and efficient to complete production tasks. Through the application of Kingview program and PLC to design human-computer interaction interface, the working status of equipment is displayed more intuitively, and the operation process is visualized. This article briefly describes the dipping process, and through the introduction of program examples to achieve the automation of the entire operating process. The actual production verification, the program is stable and reliable, at the same time, greatly improving production efficiency.
