政校企合作的人才培养模式,既能发挥政府的引导作用,又能结合校企双方的资源,有针对性地为企业培养一线实用型技术人才,更好地服务于地方经济。那么,政校企合作中,三方具体扮演什么角色?校企双方的利益诉求和运作机制截然不同,校企深层合作何以维系?充分地发挥政府在校企合作中的引导与推动作用,探索政府主导、校企主体、多方参与的高职院校人才培养的新路径。
