水射流技术的研究与开发,日益受到许多国家和国际财团的重视。关于磨料射流技术,经试验和应用证明,普遍认为具有广泛推广价值和光明的发展前景。笔者在借荐和总结国内外多相流理论研究成果及试验的基础上, 针对磨料射流特点,提出了一种新射流技术,即三相磨料射流技术。论述了三相磨料射流产生原理,并对垂直管内形成的气- 固- 液三相流态做了分析; 根据适合射流的特点,找到了适用于射流技术的两种流态—气泡流和团状流,并得到了此两种流态的动力特征,为将来的工业试验及商业性应用在理论上提供了一定的依据
Water jet technology research and development, increasingly by many countries and international consortia attention. Abrasive jet technology, the test and application of proof, generally considered to have a wide range of promotional value and bright prospects for development. Based on the research results and experiments of multiphase flow theory at home and abroad, the author proposes a new jet technology, namely three-phase abrasive jet technology, based on the characteristics of abrasive jet. The principle of the three-phase abrasive jet generation is discussed, and the gas-solid-liquid three-phase flow pattern formed in the vertical tube is analyzed. According to the characteristics of the suitable jet, two flow regimes, Shaped flow, and got the dynamic characteristics of these two flow regimes, which provide theoretical basis for future industrial experiments and commercial applications
