深圳对外开放之路,与香港的命运紧密相连。20世纪50年代,中共中央出于政治考虑,对港澳确立了“长期打算,充分利用”的战略决策。60年代初,香港经过近十年经济转型之后迈上现代化之旅。深圳对外开放之路,对香港开放之路,也断断续续从这时起步。
Shenzhen’s opening up to the outside world is closely linked with the fate of Hong Kong. In the 1950s, due to political considerations, the CPC Central Committee has established a strategic policy of “long-term planning and making full use of” Hong Kong and Macao. In the early 1960s, Hong Kong embarked on a journey of modernization after nearly 10 years of economic restructuring. Shenzhen’s road to opening up to the outside world has opened its doors to Hong Kong and started off intermittently.
