介绍了正交异性钢箱梁桥面板的结构特点及其在公路/铁路桥梁中的应用情况,分析了钢箱梁桥面板的U肋角接焊接接头处疲劳裂纹的常见病害形式,并对比了低倍宏观法、目视+磁粉检测、普通超声检测、射线检测等常用的U肋焊缝检测方法的特点及其在成桥维护检测中的局限性;分析了超声相控阵的特点及其在成桥U肋角接焊接接头处焊缝熔深和缺陷形式检测的可行性,通过对苏通大桥正交异性钢箱梁桥U肋角焊缝的试验检测表明,超声相控阵法可有效地检测成桥后U肋角焊缝的质量和常见病害,从而保证桥梁运行的安全可靠性。
