企业文化作为一种现代科学管理理论,是社会文化与组织管理实践相融合的产物。目前,国内外对企业文化的定义有多种闸述,但其基本涵义是一致的,即企业文化是在一定的社会经挤条件下,企业通过社会实践所形成的并为全体成员遵循的共同意识、价值观念、职业道德、行为规范和准则的总和,是一个企业或一个组织在自身发展过程中形成的以价值为核心的独特的文化管理模式。本文主要阐述企业文化建设与企业发展之间的密切关系。
As a modern scientific management theory, corporate culture is a product of the integration of social culture and organizational management practice. At present, the definition of corporate culture at home and abroad have a variety of statements, but its basic meaning is the same, that corporate culture is under certain social conditions, the formation of social practice and for all members of the common Consciousness, values, professional ethics, codes of conduct and guidelines are the unique value-based cultural management models formed by an enterprise or an organization during its own development. This article mainly elaborates the close relationship between enterprise culture construction and enterprise development.
