通过对4块170mm厚预应力混凝土空心叠合板和8块120mm厚预应力混凝土空心底板进行结构性能试验研究及对比分析,研究预应力混凝土空心叠合板的抗裂性及裂缝发展规律、挠度、承载力等结构性能,分析跨高比、配筋率等影响预应力混凝土空心叠合板破坏性质的主要因素。结果表明:与全预应力构件相比,叠合板的抗裂承载力不会因为现浇叠合层而下降。
Through the structural performance test and comparative analysis of four 170mm thick prestressed concrete hollow slabs and eight 120mm thick prestressed concrete hollow slabs, the research on the crack resistance and crack growth law of prestressed concrete hollow slabs, the deflection, Force and other structural properties, analyze the main factors that affect the destructive properties of prestressed concrete hollow plywood, such as span ratio and reinforcement ratio. The results show that, compared with the whole prestressed components, the capacity of anti-cracking of the plywood will not decrease due to the in-situ laminated layer.
