针对大庆油田浅表层油水井套管腐蚀外漏井逐年增多和套管早期损坏 ,提出了用自生电流免维护的防腐措施 .通过室内模拟试验 ,分别考察了全并联阳极浅埋方式、阳极排埋入深度、阴—阳极间距不同、深井阳极连接方式、深井阳极中阳极间距不同对套管试样纵向电位分布的影响 .在水电阻率和阴—阳极面积比近似相同的情况下 ,深埋阳极对套管试样的有效保护深度明显大于浅埋阳极 ;在最佳阳极埋深和阴—阳极间距条件下 ,深埋阳极套管试样的阳极工作电位和工作电流都明显高于浅埋阳极 ;阳极以串、并联组合方式连接有较大的电流输出和较好的电位分布效果
