The composition and distribution of 3He / 4He, 4He / 20Ne and δ13C isotopes in groundwater of Zhangye, Yongchang and Wuwei basins in Hexi Corridor are discussed in detail. The results show that the spring water still contains obvious components of deep-rooted helium, including the transformation of radioactive elements uranium and thorium and lithium-induced shell reaction 4He and Earth formation The initial 3He stored initially in the mantle. These helium volatiles migrate up the active fault zone with NNE and WNW until it is brought to the surface by the circulating groundwater.
