特殊教育是整个社会主义教育的一个组成部分。如何让盲、聋哑和弱智儿童也象正常儿童一样能够进入学校学习,是当前需要重视研究解决的问题。本刊发表的徐航同志对英国、瑞典特殊教育情况的介绍,及对我国特殊教育的意见,南京市凤凰街小学办弱智儿童辅读班和南通县聋哑学校办下伸教学点的经验,供各市县参考。希望各地从实际出发,采取多种形式、多种规格办学,努力改进教育教学工作。提高弱智和盲聋哑儿童的入学率,进一步发展特殊教育事业。
