针对目前井下低压馈电开关保护器检测速度慢和电路结构复杂的问题,设计了基于ARM微处理器的改进型馈电开关保护器。该保护器采用高精度电量芯片ATT7022E取代模拟电路采集三相交流信号,以STM32作为控制核心,进行多任务调度。同时,应用MATLAB的cftool工具箱对保护回路绝缘阻值曲线进行多项式拟合,实现电网绝缘阻值数值化,提高了电网漏电故障检测的准确性。
Aiming at the problem of low detection speed and complicated circuit structure of underground low voltage feed switch protector, an improved feed switch protector based on ARM microprocessor is designed. The protector uses high-precision power chip ATT7022E analog circuit instead of collecting three-phase AC signal STM32 as the control center for multi-task scheduling. At the same time, using MATLAB’s cftool toolbox to polynomial fitting the insulation resistance curve of the protection circuit, realize the numerical insulation of the grid insulation, and improve the accuracy of the grid leakage detection.
