目的了解咸安区居民食用碘盐质量状况,为巩固碘缺乏病防治成果提供依据。方法按要求抽取5个乡镇的行政村(居委会),每村随机抽取15户居民食用盐,即每乡镇60户,每户取盐样100g,共300份盐样。依据GB/T13025.7-1999《制盐工业通用试验方法碘离子的测定》进行检测。结果咸安区2012年居民碘盐合格率91.3%,碘盐覆盖率100.0%,合格碘盐食用率91.3%。结论居民食用不合格盐与家庭碘盐储存及使用方法不当有关,应加强宣传碘盐的正确保存和食用方法。
Objective To understand the quality of iodized salt consumed by residents in Xian’an District and provide basis for consolidating the results of iodine deficiency disorders prevention and treatment. Methods Five villages and towns administrative villages (neighborhood committees) were taken as required. Fifteen households consumed salt, that is, 60 households per township. Each village took salt samples of 100g and a total of 300 salt samples. According to GB / T13025.7-1999 “Salt Industry General Test Method for Determination of Iodine” for testing. Results Residents in Haman district in 2012 had 91.3% qualified iodized salt, 100.0% iodized salt and 91.3% qualified iodized salt. Conclusion Residents inedible salt consumption and family iodized salt storage and improper use of methods should be strengthened to promote the proper preservation of iodized salt and eating methods.
