可靠性试验的目的是为了发现产品在设计、材料和工艺等方面的各种问题,经分析和改进,使产品可靠性逐步得到提高,最终达到预定的可靠性水平。相对电子产品可靠性试验而言,机树产品可靠性试验理论问题还处于不断摸索和完善的阶段,尤其对于路面机械而言,很长一段时间内,国内对期可靠性试验研究只停留在整机客户试用阶段。本文将着眼于实际工程应用领域,从零部件司靠性试验和整机可靠性试验两主面入手,对路面机械可靠性试验进行简单的介绍和分析,以期对路面机械产品的研发试验提供参考与借鉴。
